I have taken various fitness classes and participated in many retreats from Stacey for over 15 years.
She is an amazing teacher on many levels. I love that she can teach to a wide range of abilities in the same class. Stacey interweaves the insight of various yoga teachings throughout her different classes. She brings heart, spirituality, and a wealth of knowledge to each class or workshop she teaches. She has a positive vibe so that even if you come to the class in a low energy mood, you leave feeling more energized with a feeling of a stronger body and open heart. I am blessed to know such a woman as Stacey who is committed to helping people to live healthy and authentic lives.
In 2019, the best gifts I gave to myself were attending two yin yoga workshops hosted by Stacey. She is a gifted yoga teacher who brings her immense energy for wellness in mind, body and spirit.
In July, I attended a Yoga Forgiveness Workshop. Stacey did a wonderful job getting me past the initial awkwardness of being in a space with people I didn’t know, to opening up to a place of vulnerability and opening my heart to healing and peacefulness.
In September 2019, Stacey co-hosted with a fellow Instructor, a Goddess Workshop. It was an amazing day filled with the movement of yoga, dance, mediation, self discovery and journaling. The venue was wonderful. We were treated to a healthy lunch and snacks. The workshop provided a sacred space with a sense of purpose where Stacey led us to a feeling of being part of a tribe. We bonded, received caring support in transitions we were facing, and walked away with a sense that we all have a life to be celebrated. I am so looking forward to Stacey’s future workshops in 2020!
